BankID Onboarding

By integrating BankID as a login method, the organization has succeeded in simplifying and improving the customer's login experience, while also increasing their data quality and reducing the number of support calls.

Product Strategy

Due to Covid-19 and the assignment to manage benefit payments for “Korttidsarbete” (short-time work), the Product and IT organization at Tillväxtverket (the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth) grew from one to several development teams in about a year. We helped them unite the teams and create common understanding through shared goals.

Collaboration within the EU

A three-year preparatory project for the new EU program period 2021-2027 for project financing. The preparatory project consisted of seven sub-projects, with about a hundred project participants working in areas such as law, follow-up, financing and product development.

Save Sweden's businesses

On March 11, 2020, the government introduced the Short-term Work Allowance, and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) was commissioned to manage the support. Together, we saved 40,000 jobs and digitized the management of 44 billion SEK. The support came into effect on April 7 but applied retroactively from March 16, 2020. Overnight, Tillväxtverket shifted its focus to: "We will save Sweden's businesses"

Business Support

Sweden's 21 regions, together with Tillväxtverket (the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth), finance various types of business investments. We migrated business financing from an old application to a new one with a user-centered approach. The goal was to create an understandable, reliable, and efficient service for both case officers and businesses.

Travel Expense Deduction

Travel expense deductions are tax deductions for commuting to and from work and for business trips. Many people utilize the right to claim a travel expense deduction, but as much as half of all deductions are deemed incorrect by the Swedish Tax Agency. The purpose of the assignment was to make it easier for citizens to make a correct deduction.
