The training consists of a full day followed by a half-day follow-up to ensure the knowledge sticks and is applied in practice.

Half-day follow-up
- Experience sharing – what has worked since the full day? What challenges have come up?
- Deep dive – we go deeper into the areas where the team wants to learn more
