Prototypes

Through observations, we can understand users' behaviors, needs, and challenges. What we learn then becomes the foundation for designing solutions that really solve existing problems. Using prototypes, we visualize our ideas at an early stage, which makes it possible to quickly test and make changes. Prototypes function as a bridge between idea and reality and give us the opportunity to discover early what works – and what doesn't. We prefer to do this together with you so we learn together and agree on what works and what doesn't.

User Testing

User testing is a central part of our work, where we let real users interact with our prototypes or finished solutions. By observing and listening to their feedback, we get valuable input to further improve the user experience.
